A remarkably contemporary small scale flock design dating from the mid 18th Century. This is a reconstruction of a fragment discovered at Temple Newsam House, Yorkshire . Although the carmine crimson had faded with time, analysis showed the brilliance and lustre of the original and it was reproduced in the authentic vibrant colour.
Each wallpaper is a unique work of art and is handcrafted to order, with great attention to both detail and quality. It is available as a hand blocked damask or flock and also looks good with gold, copper or silver leaf . For custom colour or finish please contact us or send a sample for colour matching.
